Mutte Storm was educated from The Danish Design School 1974-1978 and has more than thirty years of experience as independent designer specializing in textile design, silkscreen prints and larger private and public decoration projects. At present she works as interior decorator and frequently travels abroad preferable to Turkey where she pursues her interest in old Kilims.

With excellent sense of color and design and extensive technical knowledge of, dying of yarns and spinning and weaving, she personally selects the Kilims from the individual carpet districts in Turkey.

The selection is based on a careful evaluation of the age of the Kilims, the uniqueness of colors and design and how well the Kilims fit into the Nordic interior decoration style. The carpets are further distributed to professional and private clients and interior decoration stylists in Denmark and abroad.
