Freight and delivery - Denmark:

We process your order as fast as possible and you receive an e-mail of confirmation when your order has been sent.

For delivery of orders within Denmark we use PostNord. The delivery time is between 1 to 4 working days. The freight price will be stated when you place your order, it will vary according to the size and weight of your parcel.

You are given a Track and Trace number to allow you to trace your parcel from dispatchment till it reaches you address.
It you are not at home at the time of delivery your order will be delivered at the nearest Parcel shop. In this case you will be notified by PostNord.
If you should experience any problems in connection with the delivery of your order kindly contact PostNord stating your Track and Trace number or contact Mutte Storm directly at info@muttestorm.dk.

Shipping and delivery - International:

Mutte Storm ships to following countrys - Norway, Sweden, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

For international orders the freight company will be selected according to country. Prior to dispatchment we will inform you of the chosen freight company and any other relevant information regarding the delivery of your order.
